The download starts immediately — MEERAVIO-Setup-<version>.exe, about 135 MB, always the newest release. Once installed, MEERAVIO keeps itself up to date and verifies every update against a signed checksum before installing it.

Requirements

Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit) PC
The PC and the ultrasound machine on the same clinic network (LAN)
An ultrasound machine with DICOM enabled — standard on machines from GE, Philips, Samsung, Mindray and most others (your applications engineer can confirm)

Install in three steps

Run the Setup as administrator. It installs the app, opens the DICOM port on your clinic network only, and creates a protected data folder for patient records.
Start the trial. On the activation screen, click Start 14-day free trial — no key needed, nothing to pay.
Connect your machine. Open Machine Setup, follow the on-screen values (IP, port, AE title) on your ultrasound machine, and run the self-test. Green means your worklist and image transfer are live.

Windows SmartScreen note. Because MEERAVIO is new software from a small vendor, Windows may show "Windows protected your PC" the first time. Click More info → Run anyway. This is Windows being cautious about software it hasn't seen often — every MEERAVIO download can be integrity-verified below.

Verify your download (optional)

Each release publishes a SHA-256 checksum next to the installer (SHA256SUMS.txt). To verify, open PowerShell in your Downloads folder and compare:

Updates installed later from inside the app are automatically signature-checked and checksum-verified before they run — clinics never need to do this by hand again.

After the trial

MEERAVIO is licensed per clinic on an annual subscription. When the trial ends your data stays safely on your PC — nothing is deleted. Write to us for a licence quote, or for a guided remote installation for your clinic.
