Ultrasound reporting software that talks to your machine — built by a radiologist, for Indian clinics.

MEERAVIO connects to your ultrasound machine over DICOM, turns a scan into a finished, structured report in minutes, prepares PC-PNDT Form F from the same data — and keeps every patient record on your own PC, not someone's cloud.

Windows 10/11 · Works with GE, Philips, Samsung, Mindray & other DICOM machines · No card required

MEERAVIO — ultrasound reporting software

The daily reality

Typing patient names twice, hunting for images, filling Form F at 9 pm

Most small sonography clinics run on a word processor and memory: patient details typed into the machine, then typed again into the report; measurements copied by hand from the screen; Form F assembled from registers at month-end. Every re-typed value is a chance for error in a medico-legal document. MEERAVIO exists to remove the re-typing.

What it does

One screen from appointment to signed report

🔗

Real DICOM connectivity

Register a patient once — the name appears on your ultrasound machine's worklist. Scan, and the images and measurements arrive back in MEERAVIO automatically. A built-in self-test proves the connection during setup.

📝

Fast structured reports

Specialty templates for obstetric, abdominal, gynaec and small-part studies. Measurements from the machine flow into the right fields with unit checks and plausibility guards — a value in the wrong field is treated as worse than an empty one.

📋

PC-PNDT Form F, prepared

Form F is assembled from data you already entered, required fields are checked, and the portal form can be auto-filled. You review, complete the CAPTCHA and submit — the software never files anything by itself. How Form F works →

👶

Fetal dating, growth & Doppler

Published formulas (Hadlock, Robinson-Fleming) for dating, EFW and centiles, growth charts across visits, and Doppler indices — computed from machine measurements, using reference tables you verify once.

🖥️

Worklist-centric workflow

The day's list is the home screen: scheduled, received and reported studies in one grid, images a click away, multiple machines per clinic, and a film-strip of thumbnails beside the report editor.

🔒

Your data stays yours

Everything lives on your clinic PC in a folder locked to authorised Windows accounts. Automatic local backups, optional encrypted backups to USB or a synced folder, and zero telemetry.

How it works

From install to first report in one afternoon

Install on the clinic PC

One Windows installer. It opens the DICOM port on your clinic network only, creates the protected data folder, and starts a 14-day full-featured trial — no payment details.

Connect the ultrasound machine

Machine Setup shows exactly what to enter on the machine (IP, port, AE title) and runs a self-test that proves worklist and image transfer both work before the first patient arrives.

Register & scan

Register the patient in MEERAVIO; she appears on the machine's worklist. Scan as usual — images and measurements land back in the worklist on their own.

Report, sign, Form F

Open the study, and measurements are already in the right fields. Finish the report, export to Word or print, and Form F is prepared from the same data — review it and submit on the portal yourself.

Trust & compliance

Designed for a medico-legal document, not just a pretty printout

The physician signs, always

MEERAVIO is a reporting assistant, not a diagnostic device. Optional AI can draft impression text, but it stays visibly marked until the doctor edits it, and an attestation gate stands before every export. De-identified data only, and only if you enable it.

Local-first by design

No cloud storage of patient data — records stay in the clinic, which is exactly where India's DPDP data-minimisation thinking points. The only network calls the app makes are signed update checks.

Safe to update, hard to lose

Updates are cryptographically signed and checksum-verified before they install. Consistent database snapshots back up automatically while you work, with optional passphrase-encrypted copies to USB.

FAQ

Questions clinics ask us

What is MEERAVIO?

MEERAVIO is Windows desktop software for ultrasound reporting in Indian sonography and radiology clinics. It connects to the ultrasound machine over DICOM (worklist and image receive), produces structured USG reports quickly, prepares PC-PNDT Form F from the same data, and keeps all patient data on the clinic's own PC. It was built by Dr. Shashikant Morale, a practicing radiologist.

Does it work with my ultrasound machine?

Almost certainly yes. MEERAVIO speaks standard DICOM — the same protocol machines from GE, Philips, Samsung, Mindray and others already use to talk to hospital systems. It provides a Modality Worklist (patient details typed once appear on the machine) and a storage receiver (images and structured measurements flow back). The built-in self-test verifies both during setup, and clinics with more than one machine are supported.

Does MEERAVIO fill Form F automatically?

It prepares Form F from data already captured during registration and reporting, checks the required fields, and can auto-fill the portal form. The doctor always reviews the form, completes the CAPTCHA and presses Submit personally — a statutory filing is never made by software on its own. Machine-wise scan records are kept, matching how PC-PNDT inspections actually ask for data. Read the full Form F page.

Where is patient data stored?

Locally, on your clinic's Windows PC, in a folder locked down so only authorised Windows accounts can open it. Nothing is uploaded to any cloud. Automatic backups run while the app is open, and a second copy to a USB drive or synced folder can be encrypted with a passphrase so a lost drive is not a data breach.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days, all features, no payment details. Download the installer, click Start 14-day free trial on the activation screen, and report your first patient the same day.

Does AI write the reports?

No. An optional AI feature can draft impression wording from findings the doctor has already entered, and that text stays visibly tinted until the doctor edits it. Every report is reviewed and signed by the physician, and the pre-export attestation gate makes that explicit. Anything sent to the optional AI service is de-identified first. With AI switched off, MEERAVIO is fully functional.

What does it cost?

An annual per-clinic licence, priced for small and mid-size Indian practices. Start the free trial first, then write to us for a quote — we'll respond within a day.

What do I need to run it?

A Windows 10 or 11 PC on the same network as your ultrasound machine. No server, no cloud account, no monthly IT visits — updates arrive signed and verified inside the app.
