Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 6 August 2026
1. Who these terms are between
These terms govern your use of the MEERAVIO software ("the Software") and the meeravio.com website, and are an agreement between the clinic or practitioner using the Software ("you", "the clinic") and Orisoniva Healthcare Private Limited, Beed, Maharashtra, India — the company behind MEERAVIO ("MEERAVIO", "we"). By installing the Software, starting a trial, or paying for a subscription, you accept these terms.
2. What MEERAVIO is — and is not
MEERAVIO is Windows desktop software that assists qualified medical practitioners with ultrasound reporting: DICOM connectivity to ultrasound machines, structured report preparation, PC-PNDT Form F preparation, front-desk and waiting-room tools, and local record keeping.
- It is a reporting assistant, not a diagnostic device. It does not make, suggest or confirm diagnoses. Every report is reviewed, completed and signed by the responsible physician.
- Optional assistance features are drafts and inputs to your judgement: AI-drafted impression text is visibly marked until the doctor edits it, and measurement values read from images by OCR are flagged for verification against the images before signing.
- Form F preparation fills forms from data you entered; the doctor reviews every field and personally submits to the government portal. The Software never files a statutory document by itself.
You remain solely responsible for clinical decisions, for the accuracy of signed reports, and for your clinic's compliance with applicable law, including the PC-PNDT Act and its record-keeping requirements.
3. License and trial
- The Software is licensed, not sold. Each license key is issued for one clinic PC (machine-bound) and is not transferable between machines without a replacement key from us.
- New installations may start one free 14-day trial per computer, with all features enabled and no payment details required.
- You may not share, resell or sublicense keys, attempt to bypass the licensing mechanism, or reverse engineer the Software except where law permits it notwithstanding this clause.
4. Subscription, renewal and payment
- Paid use is by subscription per clinic — monthly by autopay mandate (UPI Autopay / e-mandate) or an annual prepaid term, as agreed at sign-up. Prices are communicated before you pay and are exclusive of applicable taxes such as GST unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed by our payment partner (currently Razorpay). We never see or store your card, bank or UPI credentials.
- With an active mandate, renewal is automatic: after a successful charge we issue the next period's license key, which the Software installs by itself over the internet, or which we send you to enter manually.
- If a charge fails, your bank and the payment partner may retry. License keys include a short grace margin so a delayed debit does not interrupt a paying clinic.
5. If your subscription ends — our read-only commitment
Patient records are a clinic's medico-legal archive, and we do not hold them hostage. If your license expires — because you cancelled, or a mandate stopped — the Software continues to open in read-only mode on your PC:
- every existing report and record remains readable and exportable, indefinitely, at no charge;
- reports for scans already performed can still be completed, signed and printed;
- new patients, check-ins, scheduling and new reports resume when the subscription is renewed.
6. Your data
Patient data entered into the Software is stored on your own computer and belongs to you. We do not receive it. The Software automates local backups and offers an encrypted second copy; maintaining and safekeeping backups (including the external copy) is your responsibility. See the Privacy Policy for the few things the Software does transmit (update checks, license renewal by machine ID, and the optional, de-identified AI drafting feature).
7. Updates and support
- The Software checks for and offers signed updates; installing them keeps you supported. We may add, change or retire features between versions.
- Support is provided in reasonable business hours by email and WhatsApp. We aim to respond within one working day.
8. Intellectual property
The Software, its templates, content packs, branding and this website are the intellectual property of Orisoniva Healthcare Private Limited. Reports you produce with the Software, and your clinic's data, are yours.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: the Software is provided "as is"; we are not liable for clinical outcomes, for decisions made by practitioners, for statutory filings you submit, or for loss of data where our backup features were disabled or backups were not maintained; and our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
10. Termination for breach
We may suspend or terminate a license that is shared between machines, used to circumvent licensing, or used unlawfully. The read-only commitment in section 5 survives termination — your records stay readable on your PC.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change, and material changes will be notified in the Software or by email. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Beed, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory provision of law to the contrary.
