Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 August 2026
1. Who we are
MEERAVIO is a product of Orisoniva Healthcare Private Limited, Beed, Maharashtra, India. For anything in this policy, contact Dr. Shashikant Morale at shashikantmorale@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 93705 67777.
2. Patient data in the software: yours, on your PC
- All patient records, reports, measurements and images handled by the MEERAVIO software are stored locally on the clinic's Windows PC, in a folder protected so only authorised Windows accounts can read it. Nothing is uploaded to MEERAVIO or to any cloud service we operate.
- Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the clinic is the data fiduciary for its patients' data. MEERAVIO (the company) does not receive, store or process that data, and cannot access it.
- Backups made by the software are likewise local — to the clinic PC and, optionally, to a drive or folder the clinic chooses, with optional passphrase encryption for the external copy.
3. The few things the software does transmit
- Update checks. The software fetches a signed update manifest from meeravio.com — a standard web request; no patient data is sent.
- License renewal. When a renewal is due or a license has expired — and only then — the software requests its renewal key from meeravio.com using this PC's Machine ID: a one-way hashed identifier that contains no personal data and identifies only the computer. A licensed clinic mid-term sends nothing.
- Optional AI drafting. If (and only if) the clinic enables the AI impression-drafting feature with its own API key, the exam type and the findings/impression text of the report being drafted are sent to the AI provider — never the patient's name, MRN, date of birth or any identifier. The feature is off unless configured, and the software works fully without it.
- Crash reports. Diagnostic logs are written locally on the clinic PC and are shared with us only if the clinic sends them to support.
4. What this website collects
- Demo and contact requests. If you submit the book-a-demo form we receive what you typed — name, clinic, city, phone, email, machine model, preferred time, message. It is stored in a private file on our web host and emailed to us, and we use it to respond to you. We do not sell or share enquiry data.
- Downloads. The download button redirects to the installer; our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, URL) as virtually all hosting does.
- No tracking. This site sets no analytics, advertising or social-media cookies.
5. Payments and billing
- Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Your card, bank or UPI credentials go to Razorpay, not to us — we never see or store them. Razorpay's own privacy policy governs the payment transaction.
- What we receive from Razorpay is subscription status: a subscription reference, payment reference and amount, which we keep as billing records to issue license keys, provide support and meet tax obligations.
6. How long we keep things
- Demo enquiries: until the conversation has clearly concluded, or you ask us to delete them.
- Billing and license records: as long as required for accounting and tax law.
- Patient data: not applicable — we never hold it. Its retention on the clinic PC is governed by the clinic's own obligations (e.g. under the PC-PNDT Act).
7. Your rights
For data we actually hold about you (enquiries, billing), you may ask what we have, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion where law does not require us to keep it. Write to the contact in section 1; we respond within a reasonable time, normally under 30 days. Grievances are handled by Dr. Shashikant Morale at the same contact.
8. Children
This website and software are for medical practices, not children, and we do not knowingly collect children's data on this site.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it; material changes will be noted on this page.
